Myrna Davila Gregory is a native Houstonian. After graduating as Valedictorian from Douglas Mac Arthur
Sr. High School, Ms. Gregory graduated with Honors with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Houston
and received her JD from Bates College of Law/University of Houston Law Center in 1988. Ms. Gregory
is admitted to practice law in all courts in Texas and the United States District Court-Southern
District of Texas.
Ms. Gregory is dedicated to the compassionate yet aggressive representation of clients in civil and family law matters.
Myrna Gregory is a member of the Houston Bar Association, Family Law Section and Civil Litigation Section, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Family Law Foundation and a certified Mediator by the A. A. White Dispute Resolution Institute. Ms. Gregory has mediated hundreds of family law matters for the District Courts of Harris County, Texas and surrounding counties and is frequently requested to serve as mediator by members of the Harris County and surrounding Bar Associations.
Ms. Gregory also frequently serves as a Court appointed mediator in Family Law matters. Ms. Gregory has served and continues to serve as an Amicus and Guardian ad Litem for hundreds of children.
Myrna Gregory has served in the capacity of Special Master in Family District Courts in Harris County Texas.

Ms. Gregory has tried cases to jury verdicts in both civil and family law matters throughout Texas,
including Harris, Brazoria, Walker and Tarrant counties.
As a civil litigator, Ms. Gregory has negotiated and settled multimillion dollar lawsuits.
Ms. Gregory is fluent in Spanish and has travelled extensively throughout the world. When she is not practicing law, Ms. Gregory enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating and volunteering in numerous capacities at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
Kitty L. Crutcher comes from a military background. She is the daughter of a retired 1st Sgt that
gave her the opportunity to grow up around the world and interact with many different cultures.
As a single parent of two children she worked hard to put herself through school and graduated
from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor with a Bachelors in Applied Science and went on to
obtain her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2003.
Ms. Crutcher recognizes the challenges that present themselves to individuals, families and children. Her diverse background allows her to relate to individuals faced with tough situations in the area of family law and provide an aggressive yet compassionate and understanding approach to litigation. Ms. Crutcher was selected as the 2006 Professionals on the Fast track by H Magazine.
She has dedicated her career to helping individuals who are faced with difficult times either through a divorce, custody disputes, modifications, and child support.
Melissa Bazan was born and raised in Harlingen, Texas. She received her Bachelors of Arts in
History from the University of Texas at Austin and Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall
School of Law. Ms. Bazan was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2009.
While in law school, Ms. Bazan served as a student attorney for the Wills and Probate Clinic. She also participated in the Loyola Law School study abroad program at the United Nations’ University for Peace in Ciudad Colon, Costa Rica studying international human rights and environmental law.
Ms. Bazan has been an associate attorney with Gregory Law, PLLC since December 2009 where she has mainly focused her practice on family law matters. Ms. Bazan has been appointed as an amicus attorney to represent the best interests of children in Harris County, Texas. She also delivered an oral argument before the Second Court of Appeals for a civil matter in 2012.
When Melissa is not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, watching college football, exploring Houston, and spending time with family, friends and her two dogs, Addy and Otto.
